Global Project Tracker plots the global pipeline of commercial-scale, net-zero-aligned clean industrial plants across energy-intensive industrial sectors – materials, chemicals and fuels. The Global Project Tracker interactive data map, and its accompanying half-yearly analyses, shed new light on the state of transition in heavy industry and transport sectors, revealing a growing pipeline of net-zero-aligned clean industry plants across the world. Rapid acceleration in the pace of investment into these projects would unleash broad socio-economic benefits.
To promote transparency and collaboration, our model materials and analytics are open-access, which facilitates regular refinement as data and insights evolve. It also ensures industry efforts can align behind a strategy the industry considers technically and economically feasible, subject to appropriate value-chain collaboration, finance and policy support.
