01 | Project Pipeline

Sourcing and engaging, through our global network, a cohort of commercial scale, clean industrial projects in a given country or hub to identify specific barriers to FID and prioritise interventions

02 | Clean Industrial Hubs

Supporting groups of companies in existing or emerging industrial hubs to improve the feasibility and affordability of green industrial projects through work on industrial policy, planning and permitting, shared infrastructure, and community engagement

03 | Green Markets

Supporting the development of green commodity markets through engagement with companies down industrial value chains, development of green market acceleration tools, and engagement with government on policies to scale up green demand
