Carl is currently senior advisor to corporations and investors. He is the former Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Univar Solutions (NYSE: UNVR), a global distributor of chemicals and ingredients.
Before joining Univar, Carl held leadership positions at E.I. DuPont de Nemours & Company, including responsibility for automotive, electronics and agricultural markets across Asia Pacific. He is passionate about accelerating the global agenda for recycling, energy transition, decarbonation and climate change. He began his career at PwC after graduating from Lehigh University and Widener University. In 2019, he was named CFO of the Year by the Financial Executives Institute.
